Inspiring sales reps @ Chatham Bars Inn
A Managing Director whom I’ve known for 12 years asked if I would give a 30-40 minute inspiring presentation to his top salespeople. When we met to talk about the meeting, he shared his reason why. “Neil, it’s easy to host dinners and celebrate success when everything is going great. I want to host this dinner now, to encourage my team and congratulate them for what they’ve done, despite the economy. This is a great group of folks and I’m proud to work with them.”
The meeting was a great success, followed by a FANTASTIC dinner at Chatham Bars Inn. (By the way, if you have never stayed at the Chatham Bars Inn, you are missing a very special place!) During the evening, I enjoyed talking with most of his team and my friend was right. These are terrific people who are passionate about life and their career of helping clients plan for retirement.
