Written on 01 February 2010 by Neil Wood. 1 comment.Where the heck did January go? Okay, so you started 2010 with great goals, anticipation, enthusiasm and energy. How are you doing so far? Are you on track with your goals? How’s that diet and exercise program working so far?
I don’t ask this just to be a pain in your hind side. I ask as a coach. We all need encouragement at times. We all get “stuck” sometimes because we are juggling so many commitments and activities. Decide what is most important to you and add some sincere effort to it today.
